Zhao Changpeng updated X account introduction, or suggests that he will return to Binance

Binance founder Zhao Changpeng updated his X account profile this morning, from "ex-@binance" to "@binance", or suggesting that he is about to return to Binance. Earlier today, Bloomberg reported that Binance is negotiating with the U.S. Department of Justice to remove the latter's independent compliance monitoring agency.
