Microsoft and OpenAI predict Trump will visit the UK and promise to push AI

Microsoft, OpenAI and other U.S. companies plan to invest more than £31 billion ($42.3 billion) in UK technology infrastructure, focusing on artificial intelligence, quantum computing and related projects. The announcement coincides with President Trump's visit to the UK, with technology leaders including Nvidia's Huang Renxun and OpenAI's Ultraman, attending the visit. Ultraman will also introduce the "Star Gate" plan to the UK region.
