Proposal says soybeans from troubled traders can be used to feed Argentina pigs

The main bidder of Argentina's bankrupt soybean trader Vicentin SAIC plans to turn its assets to the domestic pig farming industry rather than just processing soybeans for Asian livestock exports. The company faces a $1.5 billion default since 2019, and creditors will soon review the restructuring plan to revive its massive export business.
