Freeland will leave Kahni's cabinet for special posts in Ukrainian affairs

Cristia Freeland resigned as Minister of Transportation to lead the reconstruction of Ukraine and retained his parliamentary seat. Prime Minister Carney said Freeland's extensive experience in finance and international trade is a key condition for holding the position.
