Argentine President Javier Milei's reconciliation stance in the 2025 budget has boosted optimism about political support before the midterm elections, with both dollar bonds and currencies rebounding. The prices of sovereign bonds for each maturity rose, with bonds due in 2035 rising more than 1 cent to the exchange rate against the US dollar exceeding 54 cents; the peso ended a six-day decline and broke through the lower limit of the trading range.
