Keyrock acquires Turing Capital for $27.8 million to expand asset management business

Huobi HTX reported that crypto trading infrastructure provider Keyrock announced on Tuesday the acquisition of alternative investment fund management company Turing Capital, with a transaction amount of $27.8 million, and the official launch of an asset and wealth management unit. Turing Capital founder Jorge Schnura will lead Keyrock's on-chain wealth management business and join the company's executive committee.
