Keyrock acquires Turing Capital for $27.8 million to expand digital asset management business

According to ChainCatcher, according to TheBlock, digital asset trading infrastructure provider Keyrock announced that it would acquire Luxembourg's alternative investment fund management company Turing Capital for US$27.8 million and set up an asset and wealth management department. TuringCapital CEO Jorge Schnura will lead the new department and join Keyrock management. The acquisition aims to strengthen Keyrock's investment services for institutional and high-net-worth clients, covering liquidity provision, long-term investment and on-chain asset management. Keyrock has also expanded its business in the United States recently and plans to apply for an investment consulting license under the supervision of the EU MiCA.
