YouTube will use artificial intelligence to help podcasts promote themselves through short videos and shorts

YouTube has launched AI-powered tools for podcasts that support video to short videos and Shorts short video creation, and will be launched in the next few months, with some creators also getting audio to video capabilities. These updates are designed to boost user engagement and compete with competitors like TikTok and Instagram. YouTube reports show that podcasts have an average daily broadcast time of more than 100 million hours, 30% of which come from live streaming.
