US SEC announces four new members of the Investor Advisory Committee

Huobi HTX reported that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced today that its Investor Advisory Committee has added four new members to fill its vacancies. The new member will serve four years and will form a committee with the existing 16 committee members. The Commission was established under Section 39 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 to advise the SEC on regulatory priorities and initiatives aimed at protecting investors and promoting integrity in the U.S. securities market. The latest members of the Investor Advisory Committee include: C. Rodney Comegys, Global Head of Equity Investments, Pioneer Group James R. Copland, Senior Fellow and Director of Legal Policy, Manhattan Institute John A. Gulliver, Executive Director of the Capital Market Supervision Committee and International Financial System Project Sergio G. Rodriguera Jr., Co-founder of Straylight Systems, Inc.
