On September 15, the guaranteed overnight financing rate (SFC) soared to 4.51%, exceeding the Federal Reserve's target range due to reduced liquidity caused by U.S. Treasury auction settlement and quarterly corporate tax payments. This is the biggest single-day gain since December 31.
