The Ether Machine, Ethereum treasury company, has submitted an application for S-4 to the US SEC

Golden Finance reported that Ethereum treasury company TheEtherMachine has submitted an application for a registration statement for Form S-4 to the US SEC to seek to merge with the Nasdaq-listed company Dynamix Corporation to become an Ethereum treasury company listed on the US stock market. It is reported that TheEtherMachine has also hired KPMG to start the audit work.
