According to BlockBeats, on September 16, Kaito founder Yu Hu tweeted that Boundless (ZKC) completed its first public sale allocation yesterday, but the user experience did not meet expectations. The Kaito team sincerely apologized for this and pointed out that the main issues include: allocation delays, excessive Ethereum Gas in use of smart wallets, and failure to load the wallet due to traffic overload. The allocation delay is due to the integration problem of partners, which leads to the delay in token distribution in user wallets of about 1.5 hours; some users experience high Ethereum Gas fees during initialization and use of smart wallets, mainly due to the short-term Gas peak of Ethereum network and the initialization consumption of smart wallets. The surge in traffic also caused website congestion, affecting transactions and transfers. To compensate users, Kaito will refund the Gas fee at 120% today for withdrawn or traded users, and users who have not yet operated will also receive an additional Gas credit that can be fully withdrawn on Base. The team recommends that users check their smart wallet before 24:00 Beijing time and confirm their refund, and provide Discord community support.
