Gemini completes its initial public offering, with the Nasdaq listing code set to GEMI

According to ChainCatcher, global cryptocurrency trading platform Gemini announced on September 15 that it had completed its initial public offering (IPO), issuing a total of 15937,501 Class A common shares at an issue price of US$28.00 per share. The offering includes 300,565 shares issued by Gemini and 458,364 shares sold by the seller shareholders under the option of the underwriter’s over-allotment. It is reported that Gemini's Class A common stock was officially listed and traded on the Nasdaq Global Selected Market on September 12, with the stock code "GEMI". As a world-renowned cryptocurrency platform, Gemini was founded in 2014 by brothers Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss. It currently provides a wide range of cryptocurrency products and services to individual and institutional users in more than 60 countries around the world. The IPO is co-lead underwriters by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Citigroup, and Morgan Stanley and Cantor are also co-lead underwriters.
