According to BlockBeats, on September 16, according to the official announcement, Binance announced that starting from 16:01 on September 18, 2025 (East Eighth District time), the calculation formula of the fund rate of the Binance contract will be updated as follows: Fund rate (F) = [Average premium index (P) + clamp (interest rate - premium index (P), 0.05%, -0.05%) ] / (8/N), N is the fund rate settlement frequency. In addition, starting from 16:01 on September 18, 2025 (East Eighth District time), the Binance contract will adjust the mark price, adjusting the basis of price 2 from 1 minute to 30 seconds. The specific adjustments are as follows: 1. After the U standard and coin standard perpetual contract is adjusted: mark price = Median (price 1, price 2, contract price). Price 2 = Price Index + Moving Average (30-second basis). The moving average (30-second basis) is the average of 30 data points in 30 seconds. The data points are calculated once a second, calculated by taking the average of the bid and ask prices, and then subtracting the price index. 2. After adjustment of U-primary and currency standard delivery contract: Mark price = Price index + Moving average (30-second basis). Moving average (30 second basis) = Moving average ((buy one price + sell one price) / 2 - Price index), calculated once per second at 30 seconds intervals. The data points are calculated once a second, calculated by taking the average of the bid and ask prices, and then subtracting the price index.
