Cloud computing company CoreWeave (CRWV) signed a $6.3 billion deal with NVDA to guarantee purchases its excess server capacity by April 2032, and the company's stock price rose 5% in early U.S. trading. The agreement ensures that Nvidia acquires any unused computing resources, reducing CoreWeave’s revenue risks while ensuring Nvidia gets a supply of GPUs that are critical to AI. Nvidia already owns a $3.96 billion stake in CoreWeave, and the company has stepped up its partnership with the GPU infrastructure provider amid soaring demand for AI training resources.
