MoonPay acquires Meso to expand global payments business

MoonPay acquires Meso, a startup focused on connecting traditional finance with cryptocurrencies, to accelerate its transformation to a regulated global payment network. The deal will bring Meso’s experienced leadership team, including co-founders Ali Aghareza and Ben Mills, to MoonPay’s management team, expanding its infrastructure to integrate banks, card networks, stablecoins and blockchains into a unified compliance framework.
