Golden Finance reported that Helius Medical Technologies, a US-listed company, announced the organizational structure information of its SOL treasury company: SummerCapital Chairman and AMINABankAG Vice Chairman Joseph Chee will serve as executive chairman, PanteraCapital General Partner CosmoJiang will serve as board observer, and PanteraCapital founder and executive partner Dan Morehead will serve as consultant. Helius said the company will support Solana scalability, security and adoption through staking, validator operations and on-chain activities, and continue to accumulate and manage SOL reserves to ensure transparency and aligned with shareholder interests.
