According to Binance's official announcement, starting from 00:00 on September 16, 2025 (East Eighth District time), Binance C2C platform will launch two major upgrades to improve user asset protection and transaction security. The compensation ratio of the Selected ASUD advertising party (Selected Area) has been increased to 100%, and the compensation limit has been increased to USD 50,000, and there is no handling fee for user transactions. Ordinary Aegis Advertising Party (non-stricken selection) can receive 100% full compensation if the amount of a single order is less than USDT. If the part exceeds USDT, the compensation limit is 10%. The maximum compensation is 3,000 USDT, and the minimum compensation is 1,000 USDT. User transactions are exempt from handling fees.
