According to Shenzhen Chao TechFlow, Hong Kong-listed company Huajian Medical announced that it plans to rename it "Huajian Digital Industry Group". At the same time, Huajian Medical and ETHK Group cooperated to establish two new companies: ETHK Inc and ETHK Holdings Limited. ETHK Inc will build a DeFi platform, and ETHK Holdings Limited plans to be positioned as the center of investment and mergers and acquisitions in the digital industry.
