Billionaire airline operators enter the aviation industry again

EasyJet and EasyHotel's parent company, EasyGroup, launched an Uphold-powered mobile app easyBitcoin, designed to simplify the Bitcoin usage experience for new users. Founder Stelios Haji-Ioannou aims to reduce high transaction costs and attributes and offers a variety of offers such as 1% welcome reward, 2% regular purchase reward, and 4.5% annualized gains for paying a dollar balance using Bitcoin. The UK version is expected to be launched in 2025.
