Sunshine Oil Sands and Bitcoin mining equipment supplier BitCruiser reach strategic cooperation on the development of Bitcoin mining farms

According to Zhitong Finance, Sunshine Oil Sands announced that on September 14, 2025, it signed a non-binding strategic cooperation agreement with international Bitcoin mining machine equipment supplier BitCruiser Incorporated (Bitcruiser). According to the agreement, the two parties will jointly establish a large Bitcoin mining site in the area owned by Canadian Sunshine Oil Sands. The company is responsible for the power required by the project, natural gas energy, office, accommodation, storage equipment and other supporting facilities. Bitcruiser is responsible for investing in Bitcoin mining equipment and mining site construction and operation. The company and Bitcruiser have reached a consensus to form a cooperation team between the two parties as soon as possible to formulate an implementation plan for mining farm development and operation.
