According to Coinjie.com, William Alsup, a judge in the Federal District Court of the Northern District of California, ruled on the 12th that the U.S. Personnel Administration's previous order to fire various federal agencies on a large scale in the probationary worker was illegal. The ruling stated that the Personnel Administration has no authority to direct other institutions to fire employees on probation, and their orders and the dismissal under the order are in violation of the Administrative Procedures Act. The preliminary injunction issued by the judge in the case was confirmed as a permanent injunction. If the defendant does not agree to the relevant ruling, he may appeal. (CCTV News)
