Tether's new stablecoin USAT is scheduled to be launched before the end of the year

Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino said the goal is to launch USAT by the end of the year. The new U.S. headquarters will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina, new CEO Bo Hines said.
