Huobi HTX reported that the State Internet Information Office, together with relevant departments, drafted the "Regulations on Promoting and Standardizing the Application of Electronic Documents (Draft for Comments)" and is now soliciting public opinions from the public. It mentioned that institutions and enterprises in the fields of goods trade, logistics, finance and other fields are encouraged to recognize and use electronic documents when conducting business, improve the digital level of business applications, and promote the quality and efficiency improvement of the industry. Financial institutions are encouraged to explore the use of new payment methods such as digital RMB to carry out cross-border payments based on the characteristics of electronic documents, and to actively and steadily carry out innovation in financial products and service models based on the conditions of compliance with the law and controllable risks.
