According to Bijie.com, on September 13, according to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange announcement, Hong Kong-listed company Chow Tai Fook Securities Co., Ltd. issued an announcement stating that it invested in Going Securities (HK) Limited with its own funds through its wholly-owned subsidiary Hong Kong Chuang Mei International Holdings Group Co., Limited. After the transaction is completed, it will indirectly hold 15% of Going Securities' equity. In addition, SwiftPass Hong Kong Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of A-share listed company Huafeng Microfiber, also indirectly acquired 18% of the equity of Going Securities. In the announcement, Chow Tai Fook said that all parties will integrate mature resources such as cross-border payments, precious metals and capital markets, expand digital finance-related businesses in compliance, explore new growth opportunities in Hong Kong's digital asset market, and continue to increase investment based on business development.
