Aave community proposes to adjust V3 Scroll risk parameters

Huobi HTX reported that according to the official announcement, the Aave community issued a proposal, suggesting adjusting the risk parameters of all assets in the V3 Scroll instance. Proposals include increasing the reserve factor (RE) and lowering the upper limit of lending quotas to cope with the potential risks brought about by instability in Scroll ecological governance, and protecting agreements and user interests.
