Coinbase seeks court ruling on SEC's alleged deletion of Gensler's one-year text message record

According to ChainCatcher, Coinbase quoted a report from the Inspector General that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) deleted Chairman Gary Gensler's text message record for one year, according to THE BLOCK. Coinbase Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal said the company has requested federal courts to "handle this serious undermine public trust."
