Coinbase seeks court ruling on SEC's alleged removal of Gensler text messages

Golden Finance reported that Coinbase quoted a report from the Inspector General that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) deleted Chairman Gary Gensler's text message record for one year. Coinbase Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal said the company has requested federal courts to "handle this serious act of undermining public trust."
