User report states that multiple Telegram features have failed

PANews September 12th news, according to Downdetector, Telegram has recently encountered a large number of user feedback failures, including website inaccessibility, App crashes, server connection abnormalities and message sending failures. Some users reported that login verification, real-time translation and multimedia download functions have been continuously affected, and the problem has been ongoing for many days. Downdetector data shows that website-related failures account for 68%, App problems account for 20%, and server connection problems account for 11%. Telegram has not yet released any progress in repairs.
