Gemini announces IPO pricing

Gemini Space Station, Inc.’s initial public offering (IPO) is priced at $28 per share, issuing 15.18 million Class A common shares and will be trading under the “GEMI” code on Nasdaq starting September 12, 2025. The underwriter has the option to subscribe to the shares within 30 days, with Goldman Sachs and Citigroup as the main underwriters.
