According to ChainCatcher, Kyle Samani, co-founder of Multicoin Capital, posted a statement that Forward Industries has completed a US$1.65 billion PIPE financing led by Multicoin Capital, Jump and Galaxy, all of which are US dollar funds. In addition to Multicoin Capital investment, he also invested an additional $25 million in personal investment and has served as chairman of Forward Industries.
