Owen Dearn, founder of fintech recruitment company Find, said the crypto space is setting off a talent gold rush. According to its estimates, about 80% of the positions it has arranged in the past few months are related to stablecoins. As head of stablecoin strategy at a large traditional finance company in the United States, the basic salary is usually $250,000 to $400,000, and the annual salary for senior compliance positions can reach $350,000; in the UK, those in this position are expected to earn between £150,000 and £220,000.
