FTC launches investigation into artificial intelligence chatbots

Huobi HTX reported that the U.S. Federal Trade Commission said Thursday it is seeking information from seven companies including Alphabet (GOOG.O), Meta Platforms (META.O) and OpenAI that provide consumer-oriented AI chatbots to understand how these companies measure, test and monitor potential negative impacts.
