Multicoin, Jump Crypto and Galaxy invest in SOL's Forward Industries, each investing in more than $100 million in SOL's treasury company

According to Golden Finance, Kyle Samani, managing partner of Multicoin Capital, issued a statement today that she has successfully led the investment in Forward Industries' $1.65 billion PIPE financing. MulticoinCapital, JumpCrypto and Galaxy promoters have promised to invest more than $100 million per person. KyleSamamani personally invested an additional $25 million based on the Multicoin commitment. In addition, Kyle Samani will also serve as the chairman of the Forward Industries Board.
