Protocol Guild Salary Report: Ethereum core developers pay less than half of the market level

Odaily Planet Daily News Protocol Guild's latest compensation report shows that most core Ethereum developers are paid less than half of the market level. The survey collected responses from 111 people in 190 members of 11 organizations, and the results showed that the average Ethereum core contributor earned $157,939, about 60% lower than the $359,074 market compensation offered by competing companies.
