Odaily Planet Daily Reuters survey: 64 of the 107 respondents expect the Federal Reserve to lower the federal funds rate by 50 basis points this year; 40 are expected to lower the federal funds rate by 75 basis points. 105 of 107 economists said the U.S. Federal Reserve will lower the federal funds rate to 4.00%-4.25% on September 17.
