Chiliz's Socios is officially authorized by the Malta Financial Services Authority MiCA

Socios Europe Services Limited (SES), a subsidiary of Chiliz Group, has been officially authorized by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) to become a crypto asset service provider. MiCA licenses cover custody and management of crypto assets on behalf of customers; exchange of crypto assets into funds; allocating crypto assets; and transfer of crypto assets on behalf of customers. Operations of the Socios.com platform will be transferred to Socios Europe Services Limited from October 1, 2025, and the company will provide all crypto asset services under its MiCA authorization.
