Ethereum ETF: A new era of institutional adoption and regulation clear

The SEC approved Ethereum ETFs with physical creation mechanisms, while the CLARITY Act reclassified ETH as a practical token, and the GENIUS Act established reserve-backed stablecoin rules, and by August 2025, these initiatives had attracted $9.4 billion in institutional funds. In the second quarter, Ethereum ETFs had a capital inflow of 63% higher than Bitcoin ETFs, thanks to a 29.4% staking yield and technology upgrades such as Dencun and Pectra reduced transaction costs by 40%.
