Hyper Foundation: Foundation validators will effectively abstain by voting to the team with the most non-foundation votes

Source: golden
According to a HyperFoundation announcement, over the past week, the community has participated in the team's proposal discussion on the USDH code, a US dollar stablecoin centered on Hyperliquid, consistent with Hyperliquid, compliant with regulations and natively minted. Although USDH is just a reserved code at the protocol level, it has become a symbol of a community united around a common goal, and a successful experiment in decentralized governance. Deliberate conversations, iterations of proposals based on user feedback, and community management will continue to drive Hyperliquid forward. Regardless of the vote, it will be exciting to see many of these proposals be implemented and contribute to the growth of the Hyperliquid ecosystem. Thank you to all participants for investing valuable time in this governance process. Each validator has stated their intended voting intentions and reasons in the Discord Forum. Voting will begin at 10:00 UTC on September 14, and pledgers can before this pledge to validators who match their voting intentions. Changing the verifier for the staked object requires two steps: 1) unstake from the current verifier; 2) placing the stake to a new verifier that matches your voting intention. Before you can unstake it from the new verifier, staking gives the new verifier a 1-day cooldown period. Important: Do not transfer HYPE from your stake balance to your spot balance - this will remove HYPE from your stake balance and you will not be able to participate in the voting. Voting is done entirely on the chain, by trading on the Hyperliquid blockchain and based on staking. When the quorum (2/3) is reached, the specified address will be able to bid for the code in the spot deployment gas auction. Here, we remind that foundation validators will effectively abstain by voting to the team with the most non-foundation votes, which is based on the promises made by the validators on September 11 and weighted by the pledge weight of September 14.
