Hyper Foundation: The voting for the USDH issuance rights of stablecoin will begin on September 14, on-chain and based on pledge

PANews September 11th news, the Hyper Foundation issued a statement saying that in the past week, the community has discussed the proposal of the Hyperliquid native stablecoin USDH. Voting will start at 18:00 on September 14, Beijing time, and the pledger must pledge it to the verifier that matches his vote before this. To replace the pledged verifier, there are two steps: 1) Release the pledge from the original verifier; 2) Pledge the new verifier who is consistent with his or her voting intention. After pledging to a new verifier, you need to wait for a cooling period of 1 day before you can unsolicite from the verifier. Important: Do not transfer HYPE from the pledge balance to the spot balance. This action will remove HYPE from the pledge balance, resulting in you being unable to participate in the voting. Voting will be conducted entirely on-chain through the transactions on the Hyperliquid blockchain and counted based on the staking volume. When the quorum (2/3) is reached, the specified address will be able to bid for shares in spot deployment gas auctions. It should be noted that foundation validators will actually exercise abstention to vote based on the validators' commitments on September 11 (weighted by the pledge amount on September 14).
