Sanjian Capital submits a subpoena, demanding the summons of SBF and other FTX executives

PANews September 11th news, according to Sunil (representative of FTX creditors), Sanar Capital has submitted a subpoena notice requesting the summons of SBF, Ryne Salame and Caroline Ellison. SBF’s statement will be made on October 14, 2025. Zhu Su said that SBF had illegally liquidated Sanjiang Capital's $1.5 billion position, and Ryne Salame used insider information to trade and cashed out $1 billion.
