Three Arrows Capital has filed subpoena notice to summon SBF and others, accusing of illegal liquidation of its $1.5 billion position

Three Arrows Capital has filed a subpoena notice requesting the summons SBF, Ryne Salame and Caroline Ellison, according to FTX creditor representative Sunil. SBF’s statement (hearing) will be conducted on October 14, 2025. Zhu Su said SBF illegally liquidated their $1.5 billion position, while Ryne Salame used insider information to trade client positions to cash out $1 billion.
