Three Arrow Capital has submitted subpoena notice to summon SBF and others, accusing of illegal liquidation of its $1.5 billion position

According to Sunil, FTX creditor representative, Sanar Capital has filed a subpoena notice requesting the summons of SBF, Ryne Salame and Caroline Ellison. SBF’s statement (hearing) will be conducted on October 14, 2025. Zhu Su said SBF illegally liquidated their $1.5 billion position, while Ryne Salame used insider information to trade client positions to cash out $1 billion.
