Grayscale Investments has filed an application with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to convert its Chainlink Trust into a spot ETF with the goal of listing on the NYSE Arca under the code GLNK. After approval by regulators, the fund may include staking functionality for LINK tokens and may provide benefits – a key difference between it and existing U.S. cryptocurrency ETFs. The trust holds $29 million in assets, which will be converted into an ETF structure, with Coinbase Custody as the custodian.
