According to Decrypt, a U.S. Texas court rejected Nathan Fuller’s debt relief application, which Nathan Fulle operated an encrypted Ponzi scheme through Privvy Investments LLC. The court found Fuller concealed assets, forged records, and used investor funds to luxury goods, gambling trips and buying nearly $1 million in property for his ex-wife. The U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Public Affairs said the ruling demonstrates the vigilance of bankruptcy proceedings against “dishonest debtors” who undermine institutional integrity.
