Strategy shareholders revoke board lawsuits affecting crypto accounting standards

According to Foresight News, Strategy shareholders have withdrawn board lawsuits against the impact of crypto accounting standards. Shareholders voluntarily waive shareholder derivative lawsuits against current and former board members and executives, but reserve the right to re-invest the lawsuit. Judge Anthony J. Trenga of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia has signed a joint withdrawal agreement between the parties, and the lawsuit can be re-introduced later.
