Strategy shareholders revoke cryptocurrency accounting treatment related board lawsuits

Odaily Planet Daily News Strategy Inc. (formerly MicroStrategy) shareholders have agreed to terminate the lawsuit against the company's management, which accused management of problems in the expected impact assessment of the cryptocurrency accounting standards changes. Judge Anthony J. Trenga signed a joint agreement on Wednesday to formally dismiss the case from the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Shareholders reserve the right to re-invest lawsuits. Earlier, similar allegations against Strategy, its billionaire executive chairman and two executives have also been dropped. (Bloomberg)
