Strategy shareholder withdraws crypto accounting lawsuit against board

PANews reported on September 11 that according to Bloomberg Law, shareholders of Strategy Inc. have voluntarily withdrawn derivative lawsuits against current and former directors and executives of the company, accusing its management of allowing companies that call themselves "bitcoin vaults" to underestimate the impact of changes in cryptocurrency accounting standards. Judge Anthony J. Trenga, a judge in the Eastern District of Federal Court, has signed a joint withdrawal agreement between the parties, and the lawsuit can be re-introduced later. Previously, similar charges have been dropped by Strategy and its executive chairman.
