Bitmain applies to recover 2,700 mining machines hosted by Orb Energy

According to Shenchao TechFlow, on September 10, Bitmain applied to the US bankruptcy court to reclaim thousands of Bitcoin mining machines custody in Orb Energy, accusing it of misappropriating digital assets and damaging equipment. In an emergency motion filed on August 27, Bitmain said that under the custodial sales agreement, Orb Energy's 2,700 Antminer servers at the Van Vleck facility are still Bitmain's property and should not be included in Orb's bankruptcy assets.
