Ondo Finance appointed former Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Treasury and Coinbase executive Peter Curley to lead global regulatory affairs with the goal of increasing regulatory transparency in RWA tokenization by more than $28 billion. Governments around the world are accelerating the establishment of regulatory frameworks, such as the United States adopting Howey Test, the EU adopting MiCA, and Dubai adopting VARA to issue licenses for large projects. Curley will take the lead in communicating with regulators to address the lack of uniform rules that hinder agency adoption.
